Discipleship is not for Volunteers

In Isaiah 6 God was looking for volunteers.  He says in 6:8 “Whom shall I send, and who will go for Us?” Isaiah responded, “Here am I. Send me!” Jesus made it clear to His men that they were not volunteers. He said in Matthew 28:19-20 “Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”

It is very clear that Jesus wants us to GO and make disciples.  We don’t have to wait to be invited.  How are you obeying this final instruction of Jesus?  May God bless you as you obey the Lord’s command.
