Shipping Policy

Shipping on all purchases through the VCLi on-line cart are by UPS. To ship to a P.O. box, please place your order by phone at 1-888-577-4904, and we will ship U.S.P.S.
Orders are usually processed the same day if they are placed before 3PM M.S.T. Orders received after 3PM M.S.T. Friday and on weekends will be shipped the following Monday, excluding holidays. If your order must be rushed, please call in person and make sure the representative knows you need rushed delivery.
Items shipped U.P.S. Ground usually arrives in 3 to 5 working days. If we have an email address for your order, you should receive a tracking email from U.P.S.

Return Policy

If the materials you receive are damaged, VCLi will replace or exchange them free of charge. Just contact our Orders Department at 623-518-9851 ext 146 and explain the problem.
You may return purchased materials within 45 days for refund or exchange. It is necessary to first call our Orders Department to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) and return instructions. Returned materials must be in unused and resalable condition.
Return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the purchaser and a 10% restocking fee will be charged for refunds. No restocking fee will be charged for exchanges.
